- For convenience shopping, we are now providing delivery service, with some terms and conditions as below:
- Eligibility:Delivery service is available for total purchase of over $20. It’s made after confirming the order and without technical support on delivery. Therefore, if you need technical installation, or testing the product, please contact our support phone number, or bring the product to our shop.
- Payment: For total purchase of below $100, you can pay by cash on delivery. For total purchase of over $100, it’s a must to make at least 50% deposit by cash, bank transfer or any money transferring agent. All service charge is on customer’s duty. We do not accept check payment.
- On delivery:Customer should check all products before receiving. Signing on invoice or delivery note mean you receiving goods in good condition. We are not responsible for any damage after our delivery man left.
- Warranty: All products come with limited warranty as describe on invoice, and it’s available for bringing in to our shop only, we do not have technical support on site.
- Outside: For province and city outside Phnom Penh, delivery will be made by 3rd party company. All fees are on customer’s duty.
